Green Tea Extract

Green Tea Extract is a concentrated source of naturally occurring tea compounds, including EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate). Each serving provides 400 mg of Green Tea Extract standardized to 50% EGCG, delivering 200 mg of EGCG per serving. At the maximum recommended daily intake, this provides up to 400 mg of EGCG.*

Caffeine

Each serving provides 160 mg of caffeine to complement the Green Tea Extract and support energy and calorie-burning processes.* The maximum recommended daily intake provides up to 320 mg of caffeine.

DIRECTIONS: (Adult) As an addition to your reduced-calorie diet and exercise plan, take two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels in the morning and one (1) to two (2) Liquid Soft-Gels in the afternoon with meals and a full glass (8 oz) of water. If caffeine keeps you up at night, do not take this product in the evening since it contains caffeine.
